A Customer is asking us if we did environmental temperature testing during development to confirm that easYgen 3000XT can operate under -20degC to 70degC.

CUSTOMER plans to adopt easYgen 3500XT for emergency power pack (standard product) which can be installed on outdoor. In some case, CUSTOMER expects that the user install the unit on outdoor which ambient temperature can becomes near the lowest temperature.
CUSTOMER is asking us that how did we evaluate easYgen 3500XT that the product will be work properly in the specified ambient temperature -20 degC to 70degC.
–> we made temperature tests during the development phase according to the above mentioned standards and according to the Woodward Procedure 4-04-6230_CLIMATICS - TEST MANUAL, and validation tests after the finish of the development to prove the proper function of the easYgen-3000-series in the specified temperature ranges. We have also performed additional temperature tests for the MARINE certifications.
Can I say as below for the inquiry?
- We selected parts which support the specified operating temperature range with enough margin (Detail Data is Woodward IP).
- We design the circuit which support the specified operating temperature range with enough margin (Detail Data is Woodward IP).
