The LS-6XT software version 2.14 in difference to the easYgen3000XT doesn’t support DI/DOs from WAGO, which you may need to comply to marine certifications like LR.
The WAGO - IOs will need to get configured. The easiest way to auto-configure WAGO - IOs is with the easYgen-3000XT auto-configuration. Please find attached a detailed description of this procedure.
