There is a little  challenge with the  *.wtool files of the MFR-300, Part-Number: 8444-1093 Rev. B and C not showing certain parameters
when opened in ToolKit Version 6.4 and higher.

With the *.wtool of Rev. A it works with no issue.
-> The CAN parameters are accessible.

Solution:

Just install the config files of 8444-1093 A (.msi-installer-file attached), and connect with ToolKit to your 8444-1093 C device.

There is actually no changes in parameter between Rev. A and C.

When connected with 8444-1093_C.wtool (or _B.wool), the CAN parameters are hidden.

Connecting by 8444-1093_A.wtool

-> No issue anymore.
