  1. To measure the total power of all mains feeders in a segment, all GCBs and MCBs are closed, and LSx devices measure the power at each incoming mains feeder. These measurement values are then transmitted to the easYgen, where the total power is calculated.

  2. The power exported to the grid is divided based on the path of least resistance and cannot be controlled by the genset controls.

  3. If an import/export control is carried out, it is based on the performance of the entire network.

  4. The exported power can be adjusted on each LSx, depending on the performance of the mains transformer. However, the import/export setpoint is parameterized in the easYgen, not in the LSx.

During the generator mains test operation, a fixed or variable mains power can be specified via Automatic 2 DI on the easYgen. For example, different powers can be defined for each stage/mains transformer using step switches, or LS5 can limit the power fed in.

It is important to note that different setpoints can be used, but all easYgens in the same segment receive the same setpoint. The target values are not added up across segments, as each segment operates independently.
